RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, returns, or refunds, except in the case of defective items.
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 2 weeks of delivery. For undelivered orders, any problems must be reported within 3 months of the shipment date. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with any claims submitted beyond these time frames.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box and all original packaging materials. These will be required to file a shipping claim. If the original packaging is discarded, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf, and you may be responsible for re-shipment costs.
